• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum • Facilitate group discussions using approved modalities within the clinical framework • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches • Monitor member progress and document outcomes • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree • Required behavioral health licensure or certification, including but not limited to LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MCAP, LMFT, or CAP • Ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a SUD setting • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps • Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed • Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse screening requirement • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency preferred • Experience in multilingual or multicultural environments is a plus • Background in mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, or medication-assisted treatment preferred
