• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities within the clinical framework • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches • Monitor member progress and document outcomes • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
• Master’s degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline required • Active or currently under supervision to obtain one of the following credentials: LCSW/LMSW, LADAC I/II, LPC-MHSP/LPC, LMFT/MFT; also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups and supporting documentation • Experience leading Group Therapy • High comfort level with technology: EMR, telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc. • Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed • Preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success
