• Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions per day using a structured, evidence-based curriculum • Facilitate group discussions using a “plug and play” approach from approved modalities within the clinical framework • Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches • Monitor member progress and document outcomes • Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment for members • Engage in local community outreach to promote Groups’ mission
• Master’s degree required • Minimum two years’ experience leading groups in a SUD setting • Preferred: Active behavioral health licensure, including ADC, AADC, LPC, LICSW, or associate-level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states • High comfort level with technology, including EMR, telehealth software, Google products, and mobile apps • Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and investment in member success • Ability to work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed • Preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) • Ability to work Tuesday–Friday, 9am–7pm EST
