📋 Description

• Partner with development teams on application security vulnerability management • Triage vulnerabilities in a high-scale Clojure ecosystem • Assist with remediation code fixes • Configure, fine-tune, and monitor cloud security posture using SIEM, SOAR, CSP, and CNAPP tools • Detect and respond to threats in real time • Conduct security reviews and risk assessments for internal architecture, third-party vendors, and APIs • Maintain corporate workspace security, including identity access management, device compliance, and productivity tools • Mentor engineers on secure coding practices • Establish secure defaults and make scalable risk decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering and/or cybersecurity experience • Strong foundation in Computer Science, Cyber Security, or a related field • Hands-on experience within the JVM environment • Ability to read functional code and understand immutable data structures • Experience securing modern cloud infrastructures • Experience with incident response • Baseline certification such as CompTIA Security+ or equivalent • CISSP highly preferred • Must live in one of Ladder’s eligible U.S. states, excluding the SF Bay Area, New York City, and Seattle • Ladder is not currently sponsoring or transferring OPT or H1-B visas
