📋 Description

• Work in the Security Architecture, Engineering and Risk Tower in the CISO organization and directly on the AFS IT Enterprise Security Engineering Team • Ensure IT solutions are tracked during the build process to incorporate secure designs and business priorities • Collaborate with technology teams within IT and IS to promote secure engineering practices • Coordinate with IT and Security stakeholders to develop and review security requirements considering external regulations, best practices, business needs and capabilities • Provide day-to-day tracking of ATO projects, update project tracking sheets and summary trackers, and provide daily standup status input for new applications toward ATO and SIA review • Work with the ITESE lead to document strategies for ITESE and Compliance workflows • Implement and interpret ITESE work processes and link them to Compliance (ConMon) processes • Support assessments of controls for applications, document control responses and develop process improvements • Review control assessments for completeness, verify components meet control objectives, escalate issues and follow up • Review application of AFS Enterprise Standards within control reviews of ATO projects and SIA reviews • Create documentation for new processes and update Standard Operating Procedures • Collaborate with the ITESE lead and project stakeholders to review requirements and meet service objectives • Participate in ATO development and assess service requirements and ATO deliverables • Coordinate meetings with Application Stakeholder teams to gather responses for ATO documents • Attend assigned department, tower and other meetings • Collaborate with the ITESE and ITSAE teams

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizen Requires • 2-3 years of working experience in information security or relevant experience • Experience with NIST 800-171 r2 or NIST 800-53 • Knowledge of US security requirements • Familiarity with policy, standard, procedure and baseline structure • Openness to, and ability to deal with, rapid change in business needs, processes and technologies • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States • 2+ years of working experience in security architecture or relevant experience • Prior experience performing ongoing maintenance and operations of security technologies (e.g. management of firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, etc.) • Good understanding of secure web application network protocols (HTTP(S), TLS, SFTP, etc.) • Understanding and experience with US security requirements related to regulations/standards such as NIST SP 800-171, 800-53, RMF, SOX, DFARS etc. • Experience using Agile within project or architecture/engineering teams • Certifications: CC, CISA
