📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations with clients • Collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or a combination of both • Provide various modalities of talk therapy • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly • Assess efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care • Continue care until treatment goals are achieved • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Illinois • Build a schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Illinois Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • Active Illinois DEA • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer • Must have a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Must be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Illinois Nurse Practitioner License (Required) • ANCC Board Certification (Required) • Illinois DEA Certification (Required)
