📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations • Collaboratively develop treatment plans with clients for medication, therapy, or a combination of both • Proactively follow up with clients at minimum on a monthly basis • Assess the efficacy of recommended interventions and ongoing care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy alongside medication management as needed • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Kentucky • Build an individual schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Kentucky Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • KY DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer • Must have a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Availability to work Monday to Friday with weekend availability • Comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Role available on a 1099 compensation model
