📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations • Collaboratively develop treatment plans for medication, therapy, or combined treatment • Follow up with clients at least monthly to assess intervention efficacy and ongoing care • Continue care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide various modalities of talk therapy • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in New York • Build a personal schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week • Collaborate with advanced practice nurses and physician collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active New York Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space for tele-psychiatry appointments • Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Must be available for tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in New York • Comfortable providing medication, therapy, or combined treatment modalities • Weekend availability • 1099 contractor arrangement
