📋 Description

• Conduct initial evaluations with clients • Collaboratively develop treatment plans involving medication, therapy, or both • Proactively follow up with clients at least monthly to assess treatment efficacy and ongoing care • Continue care until treatment goals are achieved • Provide combined medication and therapy appointments • Provide various modalities of talk therapy • Perform tele-psychiatric visits for clients based in Delaware • Build a flexible schedule within operating hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week • Collaborate with advanced practice nurses and physician collaborators

🎯 Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) • Active Delaware Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner License • ANCC Board Certification • DEA Certification • 2+ years of experience working in adult mental health • Strong assessment skills • Excellent communication and documentation abilities • Ambitious, client-centric work ethic • Must have own computer and a quiet, professional space to take tele-psychiatry appointments • Must be available for a minimum commitment of 16 hours per week • Weekend availability • Must be comfortable providing various modalities of talk therapy • Must have a Delaware Nurse Practitioner License • Must be comfortable working remotely
