• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming queries • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and explain solutions • Create a welcoming Day 1 experience for new hires • Manage inventory and procurement for equipment • Diagnose and resolve issues with computer systems and software • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions • Collaborate with the wider IT team
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., IT Helpdesk, Client Services, Hospitality, or Customer Success) • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Autonomy in a fast-paced environment • Problem-solving mindset
