📋 Description

• Participate in construction dispute resolution, claims preparation and analysis, forensic accounting, cost analysis, project controls, and contract administration support on live projects • Perform damages quantification, including loss of productivity, prolongation costs, additional work, and contract assessments • Contribute to expert report preparation • Conduct advanced data research • Manage client relations and deliver assignments under tight deadlines • Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate results • Support the management and/or control of construction projects, particularly in infrastructure and energy sectors • Collaborate with the team and deliver assignments to client satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the construction and engineering industry, with a focus on construction claims, cost control, and change order management • A recognized undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or similar from a leading university • Professional license and/or professional certifications (e.g. professional engineer or engineer in training, cost professional, project management professional or equivalent) • Excellent oral and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead and work in multidisciplinary teams • Professionalism and client-facing ability, able to build trust • Strong technical foundation in project planning and control • Relationship building and strong interpersonal skills • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and construction programming software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project • Flexible approach to work • Understanding of project-based work, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Ability to travel for various assignments
