📋 Description

• Lead operational turnaround management and financial restructuring engagements • Provide expertise and leadership in investment banking, valuation, litigation support, and asset disposition roles • Manage and lead J.S. Held personnel • Lead interactions with client teams, shareholders, lenders, and other stakeholders • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Work under stress in crisis situations with limited resources and tight deadlines • Produce deliverables • Lead business development efforts and cultivate referral-source relationships within legal, lending, and investor communities • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement go-to-market strategies for revenue growth • Provide support on other ad hoc tasks as requested

🎯 Requirements

• 20+ years of relevant work experience within the turnaround and restructuring marketplace • Demonstrated abilities in leading assignments and business development • Ability to cross-sell other J.S. Held expertise and service offerings • Ability to delegate and lead multiple projects • Ability to mentor subordinate professional staff • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university • Advanced degrees, such as JD or MBA, are a plus • Strong organization and attention to detail skills • Experience working in challenging, often chaotic environments • Knowledge of all aspects of bankruptcy • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines • Willingness and ability to travel to clients, at times extensively • Travel as needed
