📋 Description

• Own clinical coverage across lab integrations and partnerships, including the range of tests customers can access and order for patients • Own result quality, including matching, normalization, turnaround, and resolution of unmatched results • Own the provider experience for ordering tests, reviewing results, and handling critical values in the dashboard and API • Identify new tests, ordering options, and ways providers can act on results • Make product decisions with incomplete information and flag issues requiring broader discussion • Turn customer pain, production issues, vendor behavior, and support escalations into roadmap priorities • Partner with Product Ops on launches so GTM, Success, Support, and Operations are prepared • Help build the product function, including planning, writing, customer communication, and measuring success • Report to the Head of Product • Work closely with engineering from discovery through shipping

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced product manager who has shipped complex, technical B2B products that clinicians rely on • Experience building products used by clinicians and understanding provider workflows in clinics, hospitals, or EHRs • Experience owning an area end-to-end at an early-stage company (Series A–C or equivalent), ideally as a founding or early PM • Deep understanding of healthcare incentives, economics, and relationships between providers, payers, and patients • Experience building complex B2B products with heavy third-party dependencies and regulated constraints • Ability to write SQL and read API documentation • Ability to hold own with engineers without needing to code • Strong customer focus and experience with customer conversations • Strong judgment and clear written and verbal communication • Must be physically based in GMT or EST timezones • Must not require visa sponsorship
