📋 Description

• Own how every Junction order turns into a sample at the lab • Improve scheduling, reminders, collection availability, and patient follow-through • Own kits, supplies, transport, and routing of samples to the correct lab • Expand collection options through mobile phlebotomy, at-home kits, and new collection partners • Build and maintain the national network of collection sites, phlebotomists, and couriers • Make product decisions with incomplete information and escalate issues requiring broader discussion • Turn customer pain, production issues, vendor behavior, and support escalations into roadmap improvements • Partner with Product Operations on launches so GTM, Success, Support, and Operations are prepared • Help shape product planning, writing, customer engagement, and success measurement • Work closely with engineering from discovery through shipping • Report to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced PM who has shipped complex B2B products where real people and something in the physical world have to show up for the product to work • Consumer product experience with a physical component • Patient experience craft, including designing experiences that drive completion and understanding funnel drop-off • Startup PM experience owning an area end-to-end at an early-stage company (Series A–C or equivalent), ideally as a founding or early PM • Deep understanding of healthcare incentives, economics, and relationships between providers, payers, and patients • Complex B2B2C product experience with heavy third-party dependencies and regulated constraints • Ability to write SQL and read API documentation • Customer-obsessed and comfortable with customer conversations • Strong judgment and clear written and verbal communication • Physically based in GMT or EST timezones • Must not require visa sponsorship
