📋 Description

• Partner on Juniper Square's strategy, positioning and messaging for the venture capital segment • Build the VC persona and industry playbooks • Work directly with Sales leadership and top sellers to co-create the collateral that wins VC deals • Conduct deep voice-of-customer research through customer interviews, win/loss analysis, and Sales feedback • Use AI agents and tooling as core infrastructure to research accounts • Partner with Demand Gen to ground VC campaigns in strong, persona-relevant messaging • Support Customer Marketing in surfacing the VC customer stories

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the venture capital ecosystem is required • Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous but not required • AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools to measurably accelerate your work • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Understanding where human judgment is critical
