📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for retail partners through in-store visits, follow-ups, and phone check-ins • Deliver sales and training presentations to drive product adoption and partner growth • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed targets, KPIs, and growth initiatives • Negotiate agreements with retail partners • Support integration of marketing strategies and technology solutions such as POS systems • Conduct quarterly business reviews • Use HubSpot to track activity, analyze sales trends, and report on performance • Partner with sales leadership, marketing, and product teams on growth strategy • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations • Travel within the assigned region, including overnight stays and occasional air travel

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management • Experience ideally in retail, finance, or lease-to-own • Consultative, client-first approach to partner relationships • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities • Proficiency with CRM systems; HubSpot preferred • Proficiency with data analysis tools • Reliable transportation • Ability to travel a minimum of four days per week, including overnight stays • Spanish fluency is a big plus
