📋 Description

• Assess current-state requirements elicitation, documentation, and process practices across the client's Product Owner team through structured interviews • Design and build documentation templates and requirements-elicitation standards adapted to the client's products and workflows • Build and refine an AI-assisted intake tool, such as in Gemini, to guide consistent requirements gathering • Plan and deliver hands-on coaching, structured workshops, and office hours • Iteratively refine materials and tooling based on usage patterns and stakeholder feedback • Manage the delivery schedule around the client's operational calendar and business constraints • Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations to Product Owners, leadership, and other client stakeholders • Partner with a Delivery Lead on deliverable quality assurance and key client meetings while operating independently day to day • Identify scope boundaries and flag opportunities for broader rollout beyond the initial team

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated first-hand experience with requirements gathering/elicitation within an Agile framework • Experience coaching, teaching, or enabling others, such as agile coaching, learning and development, or team enablement • Prior experience operating at a senior level and owning and driving requirements/process-improvement work directly • Comfort and professionalism engaging directly with client stakeholders • Experience working with AI tools such as Gemini, Copilot, or Claude for requirements gathering, documentation, or workflow support • Comfortable working independently with light day-to-day oversight while maintaining visibility and communication with leadership • Consulting background is especially desirable • Experience standing up an enablement or capability-building program from the ground up is especially desirable • Background working within large, complex, multi-product organizations is especially desirable • Comfort with a defined-duration engagement and independently scoping workload is especially desirable • Familiarity with low-code/workflow platforms such as Power Apps or similar is a plus, not required
