📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to map the client journey before and after Kargo implementation • Participate in customer-facing meetings to gather implementation data, including ROI calculations and process improvement suggestions • Provide industrial and software engineering support for process improvements involving computer vision, machine learning, software, and compute • Support field operations and improve shipping, installation, warehouse space utilization, and facility inbound/outbound processes • Identify opportunities for software feature improvements, automation, digitization, document and data ingestion, and validation • Identify accuracy gaps and map client system-of-record integration specifications to Kargo's software stack • Attend Client Solutions meetings to support continuous improvement across Kargo's client base • Collaborate with partners and system integrators in support of product strategy • Architect complex solutions meeting complex business requirements • Present solution value and ROI concepts • Build and deliver detailed and high-level product demonstrations • Manage and work within a dedicated demo environment • Support product strategy, company growth, and continuous improvement • Travel approximately 50% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer facing technical solutions role preferred • Understanding of supply chain requirements in Food & Bev, 3PL and/or complex distribution systems • Understanding of WMS, TMS, ERP, and other automation solutions preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Problem-solving attitude with strong listening skills • Experience and proficiency in Atlassian Suite, Figma, Datadog, and other productivity software solutions ideal • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or similar experience preferred
