📋 Description

• Own execution of assigned operational projects end to end, from kickoff through rollout and adoption • Overhaul and rewrite SOPs and operational documents • Use AI to automate documentation health checks and deliverables • Scope product and internal tooling improvements by translating operational pain points into requirements • Use AI to develop solutions that improve onsite team workflows and operations • Own change management for rollouts, including identifying affected users, training, and verifying adoption • Flag project problems early and communicate risks • Bridge on-the-ground operational realities with program-level strategy • Define success criteria and measurement plans before projects begin • Track outcomes and deliver retrospectives to inform future projects • Use operational data to prioritize changes and demonstrate impact • Deliver assigned operations projects on time and drive adoption • Build clean SOP overhauls and smooth rollouts • Partner with launch and program teams on project management • Communicate project status, direction, decisions, and progress consistently to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or hospitality • Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously across different stages and stakeholders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred • Generalist mindset and ability to learn unfamiliar problems quickly • Experience rolling out processes or tools and driving adoption • Ability to use and act on operational data • Clear, frequent written communication and documentation skills • Proficiency with Google Suite, Notion, Claude, and Slack • Willingness and ability to travel to Kasa properties as needed • Plus: 1+ years in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment • Plus: Exposure to short-term rental operations, housekeeping, or maintenance • Plus: Experience scoping or supporting product/tooling work with technical teams • Plus: Comfort building and maintaining trackers, dashboards, or lightweight reporting
