📋 Description

• Manage a small remote team of 2 TSCCs, including staff development, training, workload alignment, process compliance, and PTO coverage • Consult with hiring managers to assess workforce needs and determine sourcing strategies • Use procurement technologies to facilitate fulfillment and move requisitions through client processes • Provide documentation and consultation calls to the talent supply chain • Monitor requisition progress and follow up accordingly • Review resumes using candidate assessment and selection techniques • Support timecard, expense management, invoicing, and corrections • Coordinate and schedule interviews • Negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates • Manage competing priorities while following Kelly processes, technology, and documentation requirements • Ensure KPI and SLA objectives are met and contribute to continuous improvement and service delivery • Use bill-rate benchmarking and competitive bidding for customer cost containment • Build and maintain customer and supplier relationships • Identify service delivery issues and provide timely solutions • Liaise with suppliers to resolve operational issues and escalate as appropriate • Contribute consultative input and client requirement expertise to the annual supplier summit • Use client and market data to guide recruiting cycle timelines • Develop expertise in procurement tools supporting KellyOCG’s MSP solution • Support technology updates for clients and suppliers • Troubleshoot simple procurement technology issues

🎯 Requirements

• Recruitment background or equivalent • Work experience in temporary labor, service level, and/or customer service industry • Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external audiences • Technical proficiency in MS Office, internet, and VMS tools • High-level Fieldglass experience, including Admin Configuration, distribution lists, job posting templates/job catalogs, and Activity items • Experience creating and developing strategic client and employee engagement relationships • Ability to manage MSP KPI and SLA performance, including root cause analysis, reporting accuracy, and continuous improvement plans • Ability to partner with Account Managers and lead delivery improvement initiatives • Ability to assess candidates against criteria and use program data to educate customers and suppliers and drive change • Supply base management experience, including supplier onboarding, scorecards, and performance initiatives • Client consultation experience within an MSP • Strong MSP invoice resolution experience and understanding of invoice rejection reasons and resolution processes • Available to travel to US sites around 4–6 times a year • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience • 5+ years of relevant experience
