📋 Description

• Source and engage top candidates, including passive candidates, across technical and non-technical roles • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and upcoming openings • Craft personalized outreach representing GridUnity’s mission • Align with hiring managers on roles, interview plans, and timelines • Conduct phone screens and provide written candidate summaries • Own scheduling and interview coordination • Extend offers, handle negotiation within approved compensation ranges, and maintain candidate engagement through acceptance • Escalate leveling, compensation, borderline candidate, and hiring manager questions to the Director of People • Support onboarding, orientation, process documentation, and job description library maintenance • Share market feedback on response rates, compensation, and hiring timelines • Maintain accurate Ashby records, recruiting processes, templates, and pipeline reporting • Support employer branding through outreach, job postings, and candidate touchpoints • Identify talent communities and networks, particularly for technical disciplines

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience • Experience in the energy industry, SaaS, or ideally both • Experience recruiting technical talent • Experience with proactive sourcing and passive candidate outreach • Strong organization, follow-through, urgency, and clear communication • Ability to manage multiple searches and keep candidates and interviewers informed • Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities • Experience in energy, utilities, climate technology, or another complex technical industry is a differentiator • Experience recruiting engineering, product, data, AI, or other highly technical roles is a differentiator • Hands-on experience with Ashby or another modern ATS is a differentiator • U.S. person status: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, asylee, or refugee • Legally authorized to work in the United States; GridUnity does not provide visa sponsorship
