📋 Description

• Partner with Engineering and Product hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and interview strategies • Guide hiring managers and interviewers through the hiring process, coaching them on best practices and consistent, fair candidate evaluation • Source and engage technical and product talent through proactive outreach, networking, and creative channels • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance • Design and run structured interview loops and facilitate debriefs leading to clear, timely hiring decisions • Close offers by partnering with hiring managers on compensation, messaging, and candidate engagement • Collaborate with TA Operations to improve recruiting processes, tooling, and reporting • Lead or contribute to recruiting projects such as process improvements, employer branding, and new sourcing initiatives • Track and share pipeline metrics, market insights, and hiring trends • Build lasting relationships with candidates, including potential future candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally partnering with Engineering and Product teams • Proven ability to advise and influence hiring managers, including coaching them on process and interviewing • Strong sourcing skills, with a track record of finding and engaging passive technical talent • Experience closing candidates and navigating competitive offer situations • Working knowledge of ATS platforms and recruiting data, with the ability to use metrics to drive decisions • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment • Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or internal chatbots to support sourcing, outreach, job description drafting, and synthesizing interview feedback • Bonus: Experience recruiting for data infrastructure, SaaS, or developer-focused companies • Bonus: Experience with global or multi-region hiring • Bonus: Experience partnering with TA Operations on process design or tooling implementations • Bonus: Experience with employer branding or recruiting campaigns • Bonus: Experience building structured, scalable interview programs
