📋 Description

• Conduct full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions • Consult with hiring managers and candidates • Assess hiring needs and determine sourcing strategies • Use procurement technologies to fulfill roles and move requisitions through client processes • Provide information and data to supply chain through documentation and consultation calls • Monitor requisition progress and follow up • Review resumes using candidate assessment and selection techniques • Support timecard, expense management, invoicing, and correction processes • Coordinate and schedule interviews • Negotiate bill rates aligned with market rates • Manage time, competing priorities, process, technology, and documentation requirements • Ensure KPI and SLA objectives are met • Use benchmarking data and competitive bidding for cost containment • Build customer and supplier relationships and resolve service delivery issues • Liaise with suppliers and escalate operational issues when appropriate • Contribute consultative input to the annual supplier summit • Provide recruiting cycle timeline guidance using client and market data • Develop understanding of procurement tool functionality and support technology updates • Troubleshoot simple technology issues for clients and suppliers

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years’ experience required • Recruitment background or equivalent • Work experience in temporary labor, service level and/or customer service industry • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail • Excellent communication skills in one-on-one and group settings with internal and external audiences • Technical proficiency, including MS Office, internet, and VMS tools • Experience creating and developing strategic relationships • Data entry, analytical, and organizational skills • Ability to assess candidates against criteria and use program data to educate customers and suppliers and drive change • Previous people management expertise preferred, or ability to develop this skill • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent preferred
