📋 Description

• Help people who requested information about life insurance coverage find the right policy • Work entirely over phone and Zoom • Work through inbound and warm outbound leads • Discuss families’ budgets and needs • Help clients choose from options across a 60+ carrier network • Log activity daily • Track progress against production goals • Participate in mentoring and ongoing coaching • Pursue leadership and team-building opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based location • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Coachability and willingness to take direction and adjust • Comfort talking to people on the phone daily • No prior insurance experience required
