📋 Description

• Help people who requested information about life insurance coverage find suitable policies • Work entirely over phone and Zoom • Handle inbound and warm outbound leads; no cold calling • Work through a queue of leads • Discuss family budgets and insurance needs • Help clients choose among options across a 60+ carrier network • Log activity daily • Track progress against production goals • Participate in training, mentoring, and ongoing coaching • Develop toward leadership and team-building opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based location • Ability to pass a background check • A Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone daily • Coachability and willingness to take direction and adjust • No prior insurance experience required
