📋 Description

• Help people who requested information about life insurance coverage find the right policy • Work entirely over phone and Zoom • Work inbound and warm outbound leads; no cold calling • Review client budgets and needs • Help clients choose from options across a 60+ carrier network • Log activity daily • Track progress against production goals • Participate in mentor support and ongoing coaching • Build individual production and potentially progress toward leadership and team-building

🎯 Requirements

• U.S.-based location • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfort talking to people on the phone daily • Coachability and willingness to take direction and adjust • No prior insurance experience required
