📋 Description

• Log into the company system and work a queue of inbound life-insurance leads • Call or meet prospects via Zoom • Review prospects’ family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help prospects choose an appropriate life-insurance policy • Complete approximately five to fifteen conversations per day • Use the training portal to develop product knowledge • Consult with a mentor when client conversations become difficult • Participate in structured onboarding and live-call training

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • No prior insurance industry background required • Ability to talk to strangers and follow a system • Consistency and reliable attendance • Coachability and willingness to apply feedback • Comfort talking to people on the phone every day • Must live in the United States • Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident • Ability to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • San Angelo area residence is a plus but not required
