📋 Description

• Log into the system and work a queue of inbound life insurance leads • Call or Zoom with prospective clients • Review family size, budget, and existing coverage • Help clients choose an appropriate life insurance policy • Complete approximately five to fifteen client conversations per day • Complete training through the training portal • Consult with a mentor when client conversations are difficult • Participate in structured onboarding and live-call training

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in the U.S. • U.S. citizen or legal resident • Able to pass a background check • Life & Health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one • Comfortable talking to people on the phone every day • Coachable and willing to apply feedback • Consistent attendance and follow-through • No degree required • No prior insurance industry background required
