• Directing the sales process to meeting and exceeding sales and profitability margin targets • Developing profitable business with designated account(s) • Expanding profits, market position and share • Introducing new products and solutions to clients • Organizing reports, sales calls, and business reviews • Supporting the development of demand forecast in assigned area • Leading and participating on teams • Developing and maintaining relationships with all at the manufacturing site from the operators to the mill manager • Influencing stakeholders and collaborating with others in a paper manufacturing environment
• Bachelor's degree level and/or equivalent field experience in paper science, chemistry, biology, microbiology, or chemical engineering. • 1 to 5 years experience in the paper industry • Ability to develop Key Account or Project Plans and execute with discipline • Strong emphasis on documenting ROI of new and existing applications • Ability to develop “trust based” relationships with key buyers • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting • Strong organizational skills • Excellent communicator both in verbal and written communication • Experience in the following preferred: • Paper making operations • LSS, statistical analysis • General wet-end applications, including retention, sizing, strength, cleaning, defoamers, felt wash and microbiological control
