📋 Description

• Support a team of Investigators through extensive research across multiple sources and tools • Research companies and individuals for case development using various investigative mediums • Conduct confidential background and due diligence investigations • Manage a large caseload and attorney requests in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Collaborate with team members on high-priority requests and cases • Assist with special projects as an integral member of the Investigative Services Team • Perform regular computer and telephone work in a primarily desk-based role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • Applicants must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Strong investigative research skills • Ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment • Ability to develop deep knowledge of background and due diligence investigations • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent time management, adaptability, and flexibility • Advanced computer, internet, and investigative research skills • Experience with legal, public, private record, and company research tools preferred • Prior experience as a Research Assistant, Analyst, Librarian, Paralegal, or similar role preferred but not required
