📋 Description

• Deliver targeted skill building and core training to the licensed banker population • Build confidence and skills with branch teams in support of the Mass Affluent Strategy • Collaborate with KIS ML, Market Retail Leaders, and Area Retail Leaders to close performance gaps • Foster and champion training and development of Key Private Client sales professionals during their first year as Licensed Bankers • Execute a one-year licensing onboarding plan • Lead a cohort of new PCBs throughout their first year and support skill development into successful Branch Bankers • Facilitate supplemental learning strategies across Affluent and Emerging Segments, including business acumen, skill building, and product education • Partner with Learning & Development to align with HR functions and policy • Assist with strategic and tactical management of the licensed banker program within markets • Support PCBs with conversation skills and wealth analysis debriefs • Monitor KPI progress by territory and region, identify performance trends and developmental gaps, and provide coaching recommendations • Serve as a culture carrier for KPC by sharing observations, best practices, and improvement areas • Escalate and elevate KPC best practices, opportunities, and challenges • Participate in talent acquisition for the Licensed Banker role, including initial interviews • Coordinate and support market tactics to educate and build skills within the PCB population • Maintain partnerships with regional leadership and lead through influence • Deliver PCBU for newly Licensed Bankers • Confirm collaboration and commitment from Retail and KIS leadership to build PCB acumen and confidence • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with KeyBank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent business experience (required) • 5+ years experience in performance coaching (required) • 5+ years experience in financial services / investment industry, with knowledge and understanding of the retail banking environment and affluent client markets (required) • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and effectively lead a team (required) • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members (required) • FINRA License S6 (preferred) • FINRA License S63 (preferred) • Ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients • Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license • Routine and frequent travel, including overnight stays • Ability to demonstrate Key's values and sustain proficiency in identified Leadership Competencies
