📋 Description

• Support and coordinate development of data and analytics governance documentation, including standards, procedures, controls, job aides, and training materials • Execute GDPR-related operational capabilities required to sustain compliance with GDPR obligations • Translate governance requirements into actionable procedures and workflows for business units • Execute data quality monitoring, metadata management, and data ownership/custodianship coordination processes • Execute intake, triage, tracking, fulfillment, and reporting for DSARs, ERASRs, and other GDPR-related operational processes • Conduct root cause analysis and remediation planning for data quality issues • Assist in creating governance dashboards and leadership and oversight committee reporting • Participate in governance forums, working groups, and stakeholder meetings • Provide guidance and support to analysts and junior team members • Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and data governance best practices • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with KeyBank policies and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent experience required • 3+ years of experience in privacy, data governance, analytics, or related fields • GDPR experience required • Subject matter expertise in data governance and privacy • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams • Ability to develop and operationalize governance frameworks, policies, and tools • Ability to conduct data quality monitoring, metadata management, and data ownership/custodianship coordination • Ability to perform root cause analysis and remediation planning • Ability to create governance dashboards and reporting • Ability to provide guidance to analysts and junior team members • Ability to communicate face to face, in person, or by phone with teammates and clients • Frequent use of a PC/laptop • Occasional travel, including overnight stays
