📋 Description

• Oversee the Keyfactor SaaS Platform product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond • Define product vision and strategy aligned with company goals • Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring products to market • Own and maintain the product backlog • Translate features and functionality into clear engineering tasks and technical requirements • Create product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Work with engineering teams to oversee development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products • Monitor product performance and gather user feedback • Iterate on features to improve user experience and satisfaction • Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and executive leadership • Build and maintain relationships with key partners and customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a similar product management role • Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and concepts independently • Comfort engaging with PKI, cryptography, or enterprise security software concepts • Ability to work across Linux, Windows, and Kubernetes environments • Experience with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Up to 10% travel time required
