📋 Description

• Support the administration, maintenance and continuous improvement of Workday, the human capital management system • Support HRIS data accuracy and integrity by identifying discrepancies in worker status, hire dates, position and cost center assignments • Create and update end-user job aids, help articles and process documentation for Change Job, Request Absence and onboarding tasks • Build working knowledge of Workday core HCM, including worker records, job profiles, supervisory organizations, cost centers and absence/time off • Complete a summer project that improves a Workday process or Employee/Manager experience • Present project results to HR leadership • Establish relationships with HR, Payroll, Benefits and the KEI Workday Support team • Provide end-user support for HR, Payroll, Benefits, managers and employees

🎯 Requirements

• Current college student majoring in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Information Technology or a related field • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, lookups (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and pivot tables • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and integrity • No visa sponsorship is offered for this position
