📋 Description

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage • Set appointments and meet virtually with clients to identify suitable insurance plans • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints • Participate in regular Zoom training sessions • Follow the agency’s sales and support system to build and grow an insurance business

🎯 Requirements

• Life and Health Insurance License required, with employer assistance to obtain it through a 7–10 day online course • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented • Dedicated to delivering results • Integrity and strong work ethic • Ambitious, coachable, and passionate about helping others • Self-disciplined and driven to achieve greatness
