🎯 Requirements

• Licensed in Life, Accident, and Health insurance, or highly motivated to earn the license • Goal-oriented, responsible, and highly motivated • Excellent time management skills • Analytical ability to understand client needs • Excellent communication skills • Passion for helping families protect their financial futures • Sales-oriented • Coachable and growth-oriented • Sales experience is not required
