📋 Description

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage • Set appointments and meet virtually with clients to identify suitable insurance plans for their needs and budgets • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints • Participate in regular Zoom training sessions • Follow the agency's sales and operating system to build and grow an insurance business

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented • Integrity and a strong work ethic • Ambitious, coachable, passionate about helping others, and driven to achieve greatness • Life and Health Insurance License required; employer will help obtain it through a 7-10 day online course
