📋 Description

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Contact potential clients who have requested coverage • Set appointments and meet virtually with clients • Help clients find insurance plans suited to their needs and budgets • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints • Participate in regular Zoom training sessions • Follow the agency’s sales and business-building system • Build and manage an independent insurance business

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful • Life and Health Insurance License required, with assistance available to obtain it through a 7–10-day online course • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented • Integrity and strong work ethic • Ambitious, coachable, passionate about helping others, and driven to achieve results • Self-disciplined and able to work independently without direct supervision or a time clock
