📋 Description

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Reach out to potential clients who have requested coverage • Call qualified buyers, set appointments, and meet virtually to recommend insurance plans suited to their needs and budget • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints • Participate in regular Zoom training sessions • Follow the agency’s sales and business-building system • Build and manage an insurance business with support from the agency

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering results • Integrity and a strong work ethic • Ambitious, coachable, passionate about helping others, and driven to achieve greatness • Requires a Life and Health Insurance License; the employer will help obtain it through a 7–10-day online course
