📋 Description

• Present and sell insurance products to new and existing customers • Contact potential clients who have requested coverage • Set appointments and meet virtually with clients • Help clients select insurance plans suited to their needs and budgets • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints • Participate in regular Zoom training sessions • Follow the company’s lead generation and sales system

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus • Familiarity with CRM platforms is helpful • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients • Deadline-driven and detail-oriented • Dedicated to delivering results • Integrity and strong work ethic • Ambitious, coachable, and passionate about helping others • Life and Health Insurance License required; employer will help obtain it through a 7–10 day online course • Self-disciplined and able to work independently • Ability to follow and implement the company’s sales system
