📋 Description

• Own ongoing reporting obligations to licensing bodies, investors, warehouse lenders, and service providers • Manage the renewal calendar for all Kin Financing lending licenses • Run applications for new state licenses, warehouse lenders, investors, and service providers from filing through approval • Maintain Kin Financing policies and procedures • Coordinate audits end to end and own post-audit remediation through closure • Drive review and approval of vendor contracts with Legal, Finance, and Information Security • Document inherited processes and refine them • Use AI tools to research regulatory requirements, draft policy and process documentation, and reduce manual reporting work • Transfer licensing, reporting, audit, and vendor coordination ownership from the GM • Ensure reporting deadlines, license renewals, and applications proceed on schedule and without errors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 1–3 years of professional experience in a role with recurring hard deadlines and external-facing obligations • Track record of accurate work where mistakes carry consequences, such as filings, financial records, contracts, or regulated reporting • Ability to learn unfamiliar rules, systems, or procedures quickly and get them right • Experience taking over work from someone else and running it independently • Strong written and verbal communication with regulators, auditors, lenders, and vendors • Interest in growing into program or project management • Ability to live and work full-time in one of the listed eligible states • No mortgage, financial services, or legal background required
