• Monitor incoming federal and state regulatory changes, agency guidance, and GSE bulletins via NComply (NContracts) • Log all identified regulatory changes in NComply as the enterprise system of record • Review and scope regulatory changes for applicability • Assign changes to responsible business units with citations, effective dates, action summaries, and evidence requirements • Issue formal notifications to business unit leads and track acknowledgments and escalations • Maintain an examiner-ready notification chain • Track implementation status through policy updates, training, system configuration, and procedural changes • Review submitted evidence for adequacy and completeness • Conduct or coordinate independent post-implementation effectiveness testing for high-risk or high-complexity changes • Document testing results and support reporting to the Enterprise Compliance Committee and Board Audit Committee • Track and remediate related compliance findings and issues, including root-cause documentation and closure evidence • Contribute to the Regulatory Change Management dashboard • Support FDIC compliance management system gap assessments and examination response packages
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant compliance/regulatory experience • 2+ years of experience in bank regulatory compliance, compliance change management, quality control, or a related risk/audit function • Mortgage or consumer lending compliance experience strongly preferred • Working knowledge of TILA and Regulation Z; RESPA, Regulation X, and TRID; ECOA and Regulation B; HMDA and Regulation C • Familiarity with UDAAP standards and their application to change implementation and BU rollout consistency • Understanding of FDIC compliance management system examination expectations • Awareness of state regulatory oversight, such as Minnesota Department of Commerce, is a plus • Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, GRC/compliance workflow platforms • Direct experience with NComply (NContracts) is a plus • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage concurrent tracked items, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders • Excellent written communication skills, including drafting clear BU notifications and examiner-ready documentation • Ability to work independently while partnering effectively with business unit leads • CRCM designation, or working toward one • Prior experience supporting Ginnie Mae issuer requirements, GSE seller/servicer compliance, or de novo/charter-conversion examination preparation • Experience designing or operating a risk-tiered testing or quality control program • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; compliance reporting/dashboard tools experience is a plus
