📋 Description

• Understand customers’ business performance challenges and help solve complex supply chain management issues • Work with new and existing customers to integrate Kinaxis product offerings • Act as functional lead on projects during deployment of Maestro supply chain software • Lead advanced-complexity business requirements discovery sessions and multi-phase workstreams • Partner with Solution Architects on process design and technical direction of complex configurations • Execute advanced product configurations according to customer needs and approved solution architecture • Oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex configuration issues • Apply mathematical models, optimization techniques, and artificial intelligence algorithms to supply chain planning scenarios • Validate and test solutions, capture user feedback, and develop recommendations for escalations, roadblocks, and documentation • Lead complex deployment workshops and train customers on configured solutions • Provide technical leadership and recommendations to junior solution consultants • Guide and mentor junior consultants throughout the project lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of in-depth experience in software implementation or deployment within supply chain planning or supply chain execution, or business experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a functional leadership capacity for system configuration or system deployments • 2 to 3 years’ experience in business process design for supply chain software implementations • Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Initiative and ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment • Proven leadership skills and successful track record with customers and executive sponsors • Ability to work in a collaborative matrixed environment • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively verbally and in writing • Advanced knowledge and hands-on application of supply chain best practices involving forecasting, MRP, Constraint Management, and Production Scheduling • Ability to lead complex business requirements gathering sessions • Experience with supply chain processes and manufacturing planning solutions such as Maestro, SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder • Proficiency in SQL, R, and/or JavaScript • Open to travel 50% on average and 75% occasionally • Ability to work effectively remotely from client sites
