📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and implementation of enterprise-wide growth, operational, and strategic initiatives across multiple brands • Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive successful outcomes • Develop project plans, timelines, communication strategies, and success metrics • Ensure initiatives are delivered on time and achieve intended business results • Serve as a liaison between corporate stakeholders and field leaders • Gather feedback, manage change, and ensure adoption of new programs and processes • Monitor initiative performance, identify risks or barriers, and implement solutions • Maintain momentum and achieve organizational goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects, programs, or enterprise initiatives in a multi-site environment • Early Childhood Education (ECE) experience required • Strong understanding of center operations, enrollment drivers, and field leadership dynamics • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and drive results with minimal oversight • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make data-driven recommendations • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills • Experience influencing leaders across all levels of an organization • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through strategic planning, execution, and operational partnership
