📋 Description

• Support operational initiatives and business priorities by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and helping ensure timely execution of projects and programs • Partner with field leaders and cross-functional teams to gather information, communicate updates, and support operational needs • Assist in monitoring key business metrics, enrollment trends, and operational performance through reporting and data analysis • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and summaries that help inform business decisions and operational planning • Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and follow-up activities, including documenting action items and tracking completion • Assist with project planning activities, including timeline management, task tracking, and status reporting • Maintain accurate documentation, process guides, and operational resources for team use • Support the rollout and adoption of business initiatives through communication, training coordination, and change management activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, communications, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience • 1-3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, business support, administration, or a related field • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Comfortable working with data and using information to identify trends and support decision-making • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build effective working relationships • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new systems, processes, and business functions
