📋 Description

• Develop, lead, and maintain project plans, including scheduling, milestone and budget tracking, timelines, workflows, documentation, and status reporting • Coordinate logistics for meetings, rehearsals, training sessions, key program touchpoints, and employee events • Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for team programs and leaders • Create and manage project briefs, charters, meeting notes, and action logs • Manage project roles, responsibilities, risks, challenges, deliverables, and commitments with partners and drive resolution with stakeholders • Research and edit presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources • Partner with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison to troubleshoot issues and remove roadblocks • Provide administrative support to leader of Learning and Development as needed

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience with program and calendar coordination and management, and virtual/in-person events and logistics • Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, excellent multi-tasker and planner • Handles highly confidential information with utmost discretion • Meeting facilitation experience is a plus • Experience with surveys/metrics, creative software, or learning software (LMS) is a plus
