• Develop, cultivate, and grow Cambria sales throughout the assigned territory • Provide superior service to residential B-to-B prospects and customers while marketing the Cambria brand and influencing purchasing decisions • Build and cultivate business relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers • Participate in industry associations and networking activities to drive sales • Plan and schedule sales calls with partners • Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans, direct market efforts, and calibrate progress • Collect and update customer information through Salesforce • Advise partners using business, financial, and industry expertise • Provide project samples and update product libraries with Cambria designs, marketing materials, and contact information • Educate business partners on product attributes, differentiators, value, quality, and brand history • Present sales and marketing programs and materials • Monitor industry standards, regulatory codes, and marketplace changes • Use participating social media channels to promote Cambria products and brand • Maintain an organized and professional presence in the local market • Communicate market strategies to department leadership • Meet customers daily over meals or at events, sometimes outside normal business hours • Travel within the established territory to build and maintain customer relationships • Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement
• Experience in the architectural and design industry is a plus • Previous B-to-B sales experience is a plus • Strong business knowledge and financial acumen • Proven customer-focused approach with a professional demeanor • Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven sales track record • Strong communication and presentation skills • Solid organizational and follow-up skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Entrepreneurial mindset • Professionalism, integrity, and fiscal responsibility • Must be able to work out of their home as needed • Minimum three years of experience in business-to-business sales, marketing, or interior design • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides • Concur and Salesforce preferred • 90% local travel to customers; remaining 10% to trade shows, associations, and Minnesota training • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, overnights, and weekends • Must hold a valid Driver’s License • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds to deliver samples and trade show materials • Successful completion of a background verification check required for employment • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
