📋 Description

• Perform evaluation and analysis to assist in problem-solving and submit solution recommendations • Serve as liaison between end-users and/or vendors to ensure appropriate system build, configuration, and functionality • Prepare detailed program specifications, diagrams, and flowcharts • Coordinate system installation with operations and/or vendors • Configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot clinical information systems • Communicate changes and perform quality assurance checks to ensure standard practices are followed • Develop, document, and follow internal procedures for related applications and systems • Use and understand the application to support operations, providing in-depth support, troubleshooting, and project management • Test applications and components and contribute to test plan development • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop operating standards, policies, procedures, and training programs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to develop and interpret technical documentation for training and end user procedures • Self-motivated and directed • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to resolve complex issues • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and solutions in writing and verbally • Ability to deliver effective presentations, lead, and train others • Solid customer service acumen and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Knowledge of clinical system software, Information System software and/or Electronic Health Records • Bachelor’s degree; 4 years of comparable experience may be substituted for a degree • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with clinical or business systems • Exposure to software development/build lifecycles • Epic certification for assigned modules required within 18 months of hire, as specified by the department director • Epic certification must be maintained per Epic Corporation standards
