📋 Description

• Work under the supervision and support of the Clinical Director • Provide effective and supportive supervision to Behavior Therapists and Registered Behavior Therapists (RBTs) • Assist with ongoing feedback and training for staff members • Develop and identify resources and support information for clients and families • Provide model teaching and direct instructional supports, including practicum supervision/teaching, class instruction, and in-service instruction • Complete assessments and functional behavior assessments • Develop behavior strategies to reduce maladaptive behaviors and increase functional behaviors • Develop programming based on assessments to increase skills and independence • Take and monitor ongoing data • Update client programs based on data • Develop Behavior Intervention Plans and train everyone involved with the client • Conduct regular supervision and family training • Meet with supervised staff regarding ongoing consumer issues and provide support • Provide consultation services and maintain communication with supports, parents, community, and community agencies • Keep current with literature, research findings, and resources • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Special Ed, Psychology, or Related Field • Valid BCBA Certification • Applicable licensure to practice within the state hired • Experience working with individuals that have autism • Experience supervising therapists • Reliable transportation and insurance • Able to lift at least 40 lbs. • Good written and verbal communication skills • Continuing education courses to maintain BCBA certification are necessary
