📋 Description

• Drive successful execution of Kobie’s product portfolio and optimize delivery across engineering teams • Oversee the product lifecycle from intake and discovery through delivery • Maintain awareness of product and feature queues • Own dashboards tracking queue volume, SLA adherence, backlog health, and delivery timelines • Improve request and task flow across queues to minimize wait times and improve service delivery • Use data to identify improvement areas and provide leadership recommendations • Lead quarterly planning and facilitate commitment alignment across teams • Use Jira to review and track Product Owner updates for features within Program Increments • Ensure scope, budget, timeline changes, and associated risks are documented and reported • Track, report, and follow through on risks and issues through resolution • Automate status and progress reporting • Communicate status, risks, dependencies, and timelines to stakeholders, including executive summaries • Serve as the primary point of contact for product backlogs, feature status, development work, implementation-related features, and client-committed initiatives • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on feature scope and delivery schedules • Coordinate handoffs between teams • Support initiative prioritization based on strategic objectives, resource constraints, and ROI • Develop best practices, templates, frameworks, and dashboards • Optimize workflows and improve delivery transparency • Drive business transition management • Use metrics and trends to guide continuous improvement and operational maturity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience • At least 2 years focused on product or technology initiatives • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and modern product and software development methodologies • Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Strong analytical mindset and experience using data to drive operational improvement • Technical proficiency with Atlassian suite, including Jira, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery • Ability to design and manage workflows aligned with business processes and platform capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort working with technical and business stakeholders • Ability to influence, collaborate, and lead across multiple organizational levels • Ability and willingness to travel as needed
